Measurements for beehive taillights.

Hi
I'm switching out the teardrop taillights to the beehive style.
Would anybody have measurements for placing the beehive taillights?
I'm thinking the photo I've posted, would be good places to take measurements
from. Or maybe there are other points to measure from? Thanks much.

PS: Also the reflectors the are located in between the lights (below). I'm guessing
there are certain measurements that are considered correct. ;o)

i have a new VS with beehives, i measured but not sure if "correct" but looks good to me. measurements are from center of red beehive lens.
#1 34 1/8"
#2 5 1/4"
#3 11"

If you got the high quality bee hives made from brass? They will make you very happy.

Awesome!! Love ya guys. This website rocks. I already bought the complete light kit from Stoddard and am looking to get a set of 2 orange "euro" lenses from NLA (if they have them). I'll switch out two of the red/black lenses that came with the set-up.

Boy... I need to finish my car... have had it for WAY too long unfinished. I think that should do it for all the goodies.

Some of the "extras" I've picked up: Leather hoodstraps, headlight rockguard screens, correct gauges, under-dash e-brake handle, shorter "factory" looking center tunnel, louvered carrera style rear decklid, factory front & rear 356 hood hinges, Marchel driving lights, disc brakes, wide 5 rims w/ rears widened 1.5 inches...

I'm also looking to cut the hole in the hood to install one of the racing style gas caps. I'd like to get a correct looking one... anyone know of a place that sells them? Or any photos?

oh - i just thought of this - i converted mine from teardrops to bee hives. check out my site as i documented it all.

With all this talk of beehives, I'll happily take somebody's cast-off teardrop assemblies. Mine aren't worth a pinch of sh*t. One of the retaining screws is dorked up, both bezels are rusting, the chrome reflectors are shot and the lenses are warping.
Bottom dollar paid ...
Maybe a trade for a decent set could be made? How about the rallye badge on my license plate? An old ADAC football-shaped club badge, perhaps?

I would also be interested in a cast off right side tear drop.

The place that receives the right screw broke off. So, I just need the reflector/socket part.

sorry guys - mine were in terrible shape - not worth the shipping charges alone.

I bought new ones for my rig - still have the old ones on the car, but can pull off at any time as the body is tied up to the ceiling of the garage.
I think one side is in good shape ( don't remember which side ) and the other is fair. I think the glass/plastic will clean up nice. If we are going to go to Wolfgangs at some point remind me to bring and they can be yours.

Stop on by one of these days if you are taking the 118 thru Saticoy. I'm
about 400 yards from the storage place they put in there a few years ago.
