Meister Shaften emblem

Is the MS emblem completely gold, or is the center circle black with the text standing out in gold?

The Meister Schaften badge is all gold...no black.
It commemorates racing wins and was on the dash of most '56 thru mid-'58 models. There were three different badges. On 1956 cars the plaque indicated "1950-1955." On '57s it read "1950-1956." And on '58s it said "1950-1957," which is the badge most replicas have...actually not the right one for a 1957 model.

Would you believe an original, NOS MS badge for a 1956 Speedster sold last year for about $3,000?
