First come, first serve...

Merlot a fully loaded Beck Speedster is going on the "block". The vehicle was fabricated at and by Special Edition as a special. Just a reminder that the engine is a one-off, first off of a well over square CB Performance special built by Pat Downs with my input as to bore and stroke and other internals. Dynoed at 145 HP. This car is fully loaded and less than 4000 miles since delivery.

I wish that I had acted sooner and bought a Porsche. My 911 Carrera 2 is something to drive! Great engine power with very high speed with comfort too boot!

Ole Dusty John tried to get me to follow up and buy a Porsche Carrera. The engine is the same as the 904s that Carey builds. A single overhead cam on each bank, dual distributors and spark plugs, fuel injection, and a mess of other goodies.

No back-up for me. The Carrera 2 will be my main squeeze. The handling was superb on I-40 from Knoxville to Asheville. this afternoon. 70 to 90 MPH and I caught the Yankees that passed me on the straights before the mountains and beat'em to Asheville!!!! The best was getting 25.9 MPG per the on-board computer.

Just wish I had get the "Ice Box" sooner!
