GEEZE - Even found the old "dated" chrome and gold CMC optional wheels! Body looks like he also found some of the CMC California molds! I do like the modded version shown here (911 linkage - with windup windows).
Funny he never surfaced on SOC.

I heard of some outfit up near Myrtle Beach when I lived in SC. The guy in Charleston who built Chris Huber's car got some of his stuff from Autobahn, but they were mostly into Hot Rods and foreign customs and didn't do many Speedsters from what I got from Chris.
The frame is really interesting. That's not a Ghia front end. A Ghia uses the same beam as a Beetle-- that's a custom A-arm front, and pretty interesting layout. I'd be curious to look at some close-ups of it, and run it by some guys who know more than me about suspension design.
The rest? I'm not sure how much value there is in owning molds. The current manufacturers seem to have the market pretty well covered. $39K seems high by about 100%
He had said Ghia front end buy that is on another frame he has not the Metal craft...sorry for the confusion. I'm hoping he'll split the package up as he has all the specific parts list and I want to buy just the Metal craft frame, if I can get it I'll make a few if there is a market.

There would definitely be a market for the frame, Alan.
Yes, yes there is a market. I'd take one for my future coupe build.
Right now, I could use one to turn into a snow blower.....
The Metalcraft chassis was made near me. I visited them when I was in the early stages of my Speedster build and I kind of wish I had bought one.
Alan, if you want to make some chassis let’s do so? And no, the front end on the Metalcraft chassis is not the Ghia front end. That’s a possible option. Tom
