Yeah, you've got that right.......we're converting to metric over a hundred year period, kicking and screaming all the way!!.......and I spent a half hour last night converting metric millimeter hole sizes to thousandths of an inch drill sizes so I could fine-tune the jets in my carbs with the drills I had on hand.........

Just post what you've got, Mick, and those of us non-metric-challenged can convert for the rest.

BTW......Where are you located?

My two Ford's, '97 truck and '86 Mustang, have metric engines out of Mexico and SAE body / chassis. Luckily conversion charts are readily available on the internet. Found out last month that a 10-24 screw on my Webers air cleaner was supposed to be metric. Tried the metric equavelent (4mm x 1.0 or some such). Both fit equally well. My conversion chart confirmed them to be within .0015 of each other in size.
The speedster is actually easier to wrench on, at least you only need to take one set of metric tools under the car with you.
