Does anybody remember seeing the CMC display car inside the Miami airport? It was many, many years ago. It was my first exposure to the idea of a replica. I thought it was the coolest idea on the planet and I carried that brochure around forever. The car was red and sat inside velvet ropes.
Anybody have a date for that ancient event? Could it have been the late 70's??
