Forwarded 3 page article from "Sand Sports" Fall of 1995...it explains how to install a Mike Mazzone shifter kit. Still deciding to use his system or a pully system. All 3 of my Spyders shift in different positions, it would be nice to have them all shift the same so I don't have to think about which Spyder i'm in.

Jim,
I'm retired and lucky enought to be living in Mexico where everything is very affordable. Having my own Spyder mold, it cost me under$10,000 dollars to complete one with dual webers, fuchs wheels, vdo gauges, paint, wiring etc. If I was living in the States, this would never happen.

Made a mold of my 1985 Carrera Targa and just finished my first replica. Mounted it on a 1987 VW fuel injected engine. Bought back a black grill, logos, side view mirrors, fuchs wheels, instruments, seats etc from Florida.......only way to tell the difference is when I open the hood. This one took me a year to build too.

Yes, your right Jim, 3 sounds like a lot of Spyders ( all have different window treatment) but it's the passion to build them myself that keep a retired guy going. Check out my webpage if you want to see some of the cars i've build..... www.dominickonline.com Peace, Dominick
