Wow~ talk about luck!
Marc & I got to work together on a Milan trip last weekend. We were on our way out to go visit our favorite shop (a car bookstore!) when we heard the most WONDERFUL sound. We both stopped in our tracks as a beautiful old Bentley drove by... then a Jag XK 120, then an Austin Healey, then a few Ferraris, & more! I thought I'd died and gone to car heaven!
It was the start of the Milano-SanRemo Rally and the cars were on their way to the Duomo Cathedral. We headed over there just to see the cars!
Here are a few pics of a Speedster that was waiting in line for the start. These guys were having a ball, and EVERYONE wanted their pic with this car! (Can you blame them?) I can't even imagine the fun these guys had, cruising around the Northern Italian
