I found this in my front passenger wheel well.
Ideas?

That is your wiper motor it is a good one we use these on the Zagato DB4 GT clones we build it has a cable with two transmision which turn the wipers . It should have a cover to protect it from the elements unless it is mounted inside, turn the wipers on and see if it moves

Looks just like my wiper motor, but I mounted mine up behind the dash just over the passenger's right foot (tight squeeze in there, too!)

I think it might be part of the Kerswell pump

Must be the suction part.....
