The cooling fan does not turn fast enough at slow speeds to force heat into cabin so I added an inline blower connected to a toggle switch under the dash to get more heat.

I purchased a 3 inch blige blower at a boat yard and connected  it to the fan shroud  and heater hose with steel 3 inch to 2 and 1/2 inch exhaust reducers which I had to shorten to fit.

The blower is rated to take 165 degrees F. and I have taken  two 20 mile trips in 80 degree weather with no sign of melting or malfunction. The fan shrould doesn't get that hot. The blower only draws 4 amps-I fused it but a relay is not necessary. I wired it to ignition switch so if I forget to turn off it wouldn't kill the battery.

It definitely blows air into cabin with the engine off but I will have to wait until cooler weather to see how effective it is.
