I ran across molds for the single hump tonneau and also for the deck lid that uses twin grills from Stoddard. The molds are in TN. and are very professional and on steel tube frame work that has wheels on it . The finished product from these molds are  very nice high quality...They are available ,  if you have a serious interest dialog me I have the mold photos.

Alan.  What cars will these fit?  Don't think all speedys are built exactly the same.  When I was looking for a hard tonneau I knew that a tonneau off of a CMC would fit IM speedys and conv Ds.  So I bought one off of a CMC and it fit my IM perfectly.  Will a hard tonneau fit over the soft top of a speedy without removing the soft top???Obviously its not going to fit over a conv D soft top.

I do know that they'll fit FF CMC JPS VS IM...( tub area is the same) The hard tonneau needs to be fastened on the side and I would think removing the two soft top pivot bolts and an add'l anchor point on the back of the tub would suffice. If you could figure an alternative method other than the soft top anchor points then yes it would fit over the folded and stored speedster soft top.

Hey Alan

New guy in the group here but interested in the molds. I just recently purchased an older CMC and have been looking for a single hump tonneau but can't seem to find any available. I am a boater with a lot of experience using epoxies and glass work, might be something I am interested in hearing more details about and seeing pictures. Is the person with the mold still producing them? Give me a call tomorrow if that is easier and works for you. Thanks! 610 368 3358
