for the past several years a few of us have enjoyed the low-key weekend before Pebble Beach, Monterey Historic Races, etc....
.
The "Pre-Historic Races" were free - parking was easily available close in and traffic and from was light - this year it's no longer free and the ticket arrangement is either $15 or $50 per day -
