OK, crew, here is the latest info. . . The DownTown Commission had already contracted with an antique Motorcycle sidecar club for the park and we are going to share with them. It has been decided that we will be on the WEST side of the park (opposite from last year) which will give us more exposure to town and passing traffic. They will provide us with people to direct parking, etc, etc. The Commission has decided to charge us $10 per vehicle (cars & cycles) to offset vendor booths that they cannot get in our space. (this also relieves us from Show Liability Insurance, I believe) The $10 fee needs to be paid directly to them PRIOR to the gathering. As soon as they give me an address and the form they desire I will post it for you to use and ask you to mail it in as quickly as possible.
I am still working on dinner, breakfast and tours. More to come.

All reservations MUST be made by March 15. We are using two hotels because these arrangements have been made so late. Both hotels are within a mile or so of each other and close to the park.
