i burned some rubber then other day of the red light just in the first gear i let go of the clutch with lots of trottle and now when im driving i put in the second or third gear its hard to accelerate it feels like the whole engine or tranny is moving. where i hold the stick to shift it moves down or back like an inch then i can accelerate. can it be the mount i broke or something anyone can help i appreciate it.

Tranny mounts and or motor. Easy fix but time consuming.

I did all the stuff that Al mentions up above, just this past Spring. Do a search on me and "Transmission Mounts" on here for details.
From your description, I doubt you have a broken nosecone, but it's certainly possible if your engine has enough torque and the forward mount broke first.
While it is possible to swap mounts with the engine/transaxle still in the car, for the hour or two involved with removing them it's well worth pulling them and then work on it.
Armond, did you figure out the side to side ride height issue you had?
