That's tame compared to the Upper and Lower Gauley that the two of us did a few years back. The Upper in particular is mostly class IV and class V rapids. Seriously intense, but you really feel alive and focused while doing it.
Lane, did you squeal like a pig, hehehehe.

Uhhhhh.........I don't want to be the one throwing cold water on a white water picture, but how do we know that ANY of those young ladies (and guy) are in any way related to Lane? How about a picture (non-photoshopped) of Lane and Pam together????
I'm jus' sayin.....

Oooooo...That sounded like a "Triple Dog Dare Ya"!

Hmmm... Not sure I have any digital pics of the two of us, and I don't have a scanner for prints. I'll dig around a bit.

Lane, seriously, I think I vaguely remember having lunch with you and someone who answered to Pam once in Charleston ... But I'd swear if she was a relative, she would have HAD to have been your daughter.

The problem now is Lane has posted a pic of "pam" that may or may not exist. Lane take your Digital Camera and shoot a pic of one from your wedding album. If you are really married.....
Maybe we need a new thread Lanes wives..........

Good on you, Aaron!
Aaron--that's a beauty! As they say here in Dogpatch, "You done good!" I'll look forward to seeing that beauty in Carlisle in the spring!
Great car for running down possums too!

With the oversize tires I can't miss'em. Maybe I can get in and out easier and give the left knee a rest! Most importantly, when I was a young gent, my wife I and I made a lot of great cross country trips. I had hopes of doing this over with the speedster. The side swipe, hit and run changed my wife's attitude. She won't even ride to the grocerie store.
The 911 Carrera 2design lends itself to my wife riding. Insulated top, roll-up windows, AC and heater, should make life easy for her.
Nope, no painting! I'll keep her stock ice box white. The top and boot are black and the interior is gray. I was wondering if the paint wpould say on the body when the 3.4 dual ignition monster under the bonnet kicks in!

Good on ya, Aaron...can I have your old helmet ? :-)
It's just great, really!
I forgot to say that the car Linda and I toured was a 1962 356B S90 Porsche coupe with sunroof (White). One of the most heartfelt stops was at Shiloh Battle Field at sunrise It was at the Peach Orchard and it was blooming with the rising sun making the blooms glow. Shivers down the spine realizing what had taken place here. A lot of memories.I a photo of the car here. Shiloh in the morning is the best time to visit.

They all knew a girl named Josephine...........
Finally got around to repairing my tire bite. Checking around for the best tire size to prevent my front tires from eating my fenders. Right now I'm running P245/45R17 Yokohamas. Here's some progress photos. Rain is preventing me from finishing the base coats and clear coating.

Nice work, Nolan!
Here's some shots where Lane did a little custom work on my car, repairs in progress. A little hard to see past the love bugs, after washing found chips went down to the fiberglass. Love that Bondo (Fiberglass version).

FYI to all: no speedster sightings yet in Greece. Thus far Athens & Mykonos. Today Paros, then Santorini. I'll keep looking.

Tom, keep your eyes focused on the beach and take in those sites while you can.
