the measurements pictures should drastically reduce the R&D the next fabricator (who's it gunna be??)
also - i forgot to mention - i did end up using one piece of foam pipe insulation on the rear bow. it makes just *that* much of a difference on the tight-as-a-drum-top.
2 days in and after a day of driving, my only complaint is the rattling coming from the header latches. its subtle and sounds like cracking fiberglass - which really peaked my ears.
i gotta figure something out for that. maybe i will stick a small piece of foam or rubber in there....
