Awesome!
Robert, I'm curious about the clutch disc that Henry installed with the Kennedy package. Do you know if it has springs around the hub as well as the standard marcel treatement or is it solid around the hub?
Looking fwd to meeting you in Carlisle.

I didn't get into that level of detail on the phone with Henry, so I can't say for sure.
Robert
Your car was in the Vancouver Sun newspaper on Saturday. The 'Home' section had a feature on the new condo building located beside Henry's shop. One of the photos showed your car sitting in the lobby.
As a side note, did anyone go to Intermeccanica's show & shine on April 14th?

Good luck with that train shipping. Last car I shipped by train here in Canada took 4 weeks from TO to Edtn with no apologies from the train guys. They kept on giving me status updates that the car was here or there but meantime, it was in TO for 3 weeks before they finally loaded it.
I am optimistic, Brian. Henry said it will be flatbedded from his shop on Monday, and loaded Monday or Tuesday. He always uses the same shipper, so I have faith all will work out.
Ron - the photos were obviously taken a while ago, but that's good publicity for IM.

It's loaded, and hopefully on its way via train.

Kewl for you Bob, post arrival pics !
Yeah baby!
Marty G. told us that Quaaludes work well in these periods of severe IM anticipation! 8-)

Looking good! Love the center exhaust, looks badass!
ditto on the center exaust. what kind is it? Tip looks pretty damn manly.
I do like the silver/blue combo too

The exhaust is an 'Intermeccanica "Big Pipe" Full custom "Carrera" center tip'. Henry usually makes up his own exhaust systems, or has them made for him.
Hey, Jimbo, You mean 714's, Lemons, Rouras, stuff like that. Your dating yourself dude........ Those Cali people are really laid back, I always wondered....
very nice transformation!
not sure if you are asking for feedback or not, but i'd pull those red horns out and paint them black. very minor.

Nahhh...the horns are an IM trademark as far as I'm concerned....leave 'em be!
Doc Howie - you nailed it! See ya in Carlisle!
Drugs, red horns, black horns, whatever.
I just wanna drive my car. And with apologies to the Beatles, baby, you can't drive my car.

Robert I talked to henry today about exausts and as I suspected he referred me to Tiger. Tiger had just talked to Chico (he's building my drivetrain) and I guess I'm already getting the same tip. Who woulda thunk it haha. It's a sidewinder with an S extension directed to the middle of the bumper...an the added Carrera tip.
Bob, any day now! Remember, the Waiting game is better than the Crying Game:-0
Well, the shipping company says mid week of this week, so I am hoping to hear something Wednesday/Thursday or so.
The car is being delivered this evening around 6:00. So, that is good in terms of clearing the way for Carlisle.
The only thing that can stop me now is my daugher-in-law's scheduled delivery of their second child. My good spouse may see that as more of a priority than spending the weekend with a bunch of over age juveniles.

Hey Bob, we resemble that remark!
Yes, and rightly so!
No car as yet. Issues with finding the right truck to deliver it. Supposed to be this morning.

Well, as some American once said, the eagle has landed.
Car was delivered last night, and except for the battery being dead, and us having to gently push it off the trailer, all is well. I'm glad to say the car looks as nice in person as it does in the photos Henry sent me.
Got the plates today (temporary until safety is done), paid the tax (real PITA), and I'm ready to go.
Seems like a nice evening to go for a test run.
