My new Beck!

Welcome to the (Beck) Madness!  What part of the country are you in?  We have an east coast gathering coming up in Asheville, NC in September.

 

Never mind, I checked your profile.  Tom Blankinship is in the Detroit area and will be making the trip.  You should consider joining him.

My fall is pretty busy this year.....lots of college football games! I hope to make some future events, though. Looking forward to meeting some of the characters that frequent these pages!

Wow, they did a great job on "restoration". Kevin said he wanted to do a red top on your car. From the pics it looks like the banjo wheel fits you well, did you go with the espar heater? Welcome to thmadnesses!!

I'm digging all of these new Becks in the area.  We'll have roll into Carlisle like a gang next year, Wisconsin, Illinois, & Michigan.

Make sure you tell Carey what a Michigan fan you are....he'll love that :-)

Joe, I did put the Esspar heater in....it will definitely extend our driving season. I ended up going with a tan top rather than the red. I probably would have gone for the red top if they had a red that was a bit "toned down" compared to what you see on my boot. The tan top looks great......I didn't have the cajones to go for the red, though I do think it would have looked great. Yep, I went with the banjo and it is a bit "flimsy" as I was warned but looks gorgeous and no problem for routine cruising. I may pick up a Nardi too. All in all, I am extremely pleased.

Are you serious about that with Carey......is he a M fan or M hater? Lots of "Domers" in those parts.

I would not have the stones to go with the red top either. The heater works great used it on  my drive back from Peoria, with the 3/4 tonneau in place I was nice and toasty. I have put over 1k miles on mine since picking it up and drive it every chance I get.

 

And for the record I am a Badger fan, so really dig your color combo! 

Carey graduated from Ohio State...but I like him anyway.

I actually have a couple of Buckeye friends......now I guess I have three.

Looks great! You two look awesome in it.  Nice house and yard too!
