if you know anyone.  This is my old speedster.  I am friends with Gary the owner and he and I have been talking about spyders for a while and he wants to build one as I am.  He lives in London and has a home here in the states in Tampa Where the car is.  Car is garaged and covered all the time.  He bought 2 yrs ago with 1500 miles on it and put another 600 or so on it.  I had the car built by vintage so I know all the history.  He has asked me to help.

i believe he will be wanting roughly mid 20s.  Lots of extra parts...new magnaflow muffler that I took off for the race bullet.  Car is sorted.  1915cc motor built by Rascon...

if if you know anyone looking, let me know.  I did this video right before I sold it.

Over the last decade I've taken a number of friends for 20 minute sessions while at the track.

One time, with an older friend on board, I lost my brakes at the end of the straight-a-way, and ended up going straight off the track, rather than attempting to make it through the hairpin turn.

A bit embarrassing.

Maybe that's partly why my wife has refused to be a passenger in any of my track cars.

Spinning occasionally hasn't helped either.

I'm actually a bit of a sissy on the track.  Originally, I dialed in a bit of over-steer, which was really fun, but I occasionally ended up going through the corner sideways.....unintentional drifting.

I ended up changing my rear suspension so the car had a slight under-steer.  Not as much fun, but the car was very controllable, unless I came into the corner like a saki-crazed banzai dive bomber.

Then, no amount of under-steer could save me.
