Agree the drilled one is great.
I ordered the drilled one because the one that came with the WEVO shifter was uncomfortable. I then took the original knob and just stuck it on the heater control lever in place of that plastic black knob that was there.
I'd like to brag about my extensive modifications to my car over the winter, but that was it. 
You need to drill the other one to match, Bob!
Well I do like the Swiss cheese shift knob it looks pretty cool and it might save a lot of weight 
The heater control is hard to visualize in the pict does it seem big? Can't visualize it in time and space

Lane painted his knob. IIRC, Marty powder-coated his knob, and you pierced your knob.
