Before any speculation....no divorce or bankruptcy....just love designing and building things. This car is absolutely mint and those who have seen it will attest to the detail and fit/finish..this is no ordinary Speedster replica!!!

Beautiful car, do you know if you will be replacing it with another wide body or something else. I see it has low miles and appears brand new, wish I could afford it. Good luck with your sale and pursuit of another Speedster.

Was Jack implying that I built mine??? If so..HELL NO....I can barely butter my toast without scrapin' the knuckles...I do have a good eye for color design as I built custom 32' roadsters!

Billy's car is far more gorgeous in person. The combination of exterior and interior colors, wheels and fron-end drop make this a serious head-turner. I'm just glad you're staying on this site Billy. Who ever ends up with this ride will be very very happy.

Yeah Billy, you must have too much money laying around to build that beauty and sell it so cheap. I hear you do this with boats too. I think i'll hang around just to see what you build next.

Got a serious buyer coming tomorrow at 10am...should be sold!!!!! He is in OC and will likely become part of this great group.

I've had the thought kickin around in my head for a while - just showing up at Morro with a t-shirt that says "Hi I'm Mickey from the East Coast".
I'd really like to make a trip out there and meet you guys and also catch up with some old friends that are out there.
A Modena Spyder may be a little more incentive. If Billy promises me I can't take it for a drive I'll look into plane tickets. ;)

I fully intend to tap the great wealth of knowledge and opinion on this site to help with the next Speedy. I will buy it in April for a May-June completion.

Thinking the VS mild-wide body (not full flare) , IRS, custom hardtop, 2 heaters (one for the hands on the dash), big stereo, turbo CB motor, Rancho trans (5 speed), spindle alloy wheels (not sure what they call them but I saw the perfect set on another speedster...look like AR Salt Flats)...hood straps, vented decklid, dark Cocoa interior with white piping, Chocolate loop carpet, Chocolate top, light metallic bronze exterior. Slammed to the ground with coil overs, gas shocks, etc.


Just dreamin' again!

PS-Our lil' secret.....I DID NOT LOSE MONEY ON HER....if the design is right, there is always some baller who will step up. The art of Ebay ad writing helps...modestly speaking, I have sold ever single hot rod, car, etc. on Ebay at or near the "buy it now".....need to make sure the verbiage hits the mark with the exact demographic you are searching for...shotgun marketing does not work well on Ebay...just need ONE buyer, right! Look how long the Automotive Legend widebodies and the Arizona VS cars have been on Ebay...just sayin'!
