It's possible. I have an '06 Beck with the nardi wheel and it has self cancelling turn signals. It's not the steering wheel itself but the guts in the steering column and hub that matter.
On the back side of the Nardi wheel-column adapter there usually is
(mine didn't have this) a ring that is mounted to the back of the adapter with three small sheet meatal screws.
It has a 1/2" retangular tab at the 9 o'clock position that protrudes forward into the column signal cam switch and trips/cancels the signal lever position as the steering wheel returns to center position. If yours doesn't have this ring it can be easily made up from a small piece of white PVC connector pipe or similar non- conductive material

The Nardi hub will also accept a factory 914 horn isolation ring w/ cancel cam, available at most P* car parts places for around $10.
