Strange that MG Magic lists the front hood hinges but not the rear.  Ouch $28 each.  I'd contact them to see if they have the rear -- assume you need the steel mounting brackets too. They could be made with angle iron and welding.  I have seen TR3 hinges used (they are surface mounted).  I believe I have extra hood bear claw latch - I'll check. The other half of it is simple bolt and washers. Cable would be a $10 choke or old lawn mower throttle cable (Google "Choke Cable".)
