Need header recommendation

I need your recommendation on a 1 5/8" merged header.
The ones I'm considering are the Gene Berg, Kymco, and the Aircoolednet units.
One of my goals is to keep the collector/muffler pipes out of sight as much as possible.

If you are planning to keep your thermostat the Kymco won

The trouble with a 1 5/8" merged is that no one makes a system to properly fit a speedster (that I know of). I think that both the Kycmo and Berg systems sit too low and extend too far out the back.
That's why I ended up having a custom made system (with heater boxes) made for me. There are a few nice 1 1/2" systems for sale, though.

Maybe you should look into a BAS exhaust system. Head over to www.germanlook.com or www.superbeetlesonly.com . I'm sure a lot of the guys over there know about the company. Its located in Germany and they make a lot of completely different components than what we're used to over here. Perhaps they have something that will look pleasing out the back-end of a Speedster.

I've seen their 1 1/2 " system, in the flesh...very nice. I've never seen their larger (don't know what diameter) system, but the picture looks impressive....as I bet the price is. I don't think you can get heater boxes (if needed) with the larger exhaust system.

I like the look of the CSP and BAS systems, but the largest diameter they offer is 1 1/2" (for something reasonably priced).
The www.germanlook.com or www.superbeetlesonly.com have some really slick pictures of exhaust systems, but I'm sure the prices are close to $750 for one of their custom stainless systems.
I decided to go with the Kymco header with a hideout muffler.
