NEED HELP...installing dimmer relay.cant get it to work.

I am installing my dimmer relay for my head lights and cant get it to work right.I have a vw dimmer switch that is built into the turn signal arm,not a floor plunger.I am trying to use a vw "HEADLIGHT DIMMER RELAY 12 VOLT 5 PRONG" .It has post that are numbered 30,s,6,6a,56b.Can some one tell me how to hook it up.what goes were.please help.
