I'm thinking someone came on here, made an offer to buy, and deleted his post before we could see he bought it. Just guessing.
That was me, it was posted at $1,000 and if you didn't want the exhaust deduct $600 it was a sellers typo error but I tried :~)
Sounds sweet! Who did the work on the heads? Is the case new or used?
My asking price for the engine is $6500.00, $5500.00 less the Sebring exhaust, take off $600.00 if you don't want to DTM fan shroud. If it doesn't sell in the next few weeks, I am going to go ahead and install it in my Speedster until July when Special Edition is ready to do my Subaru conversion. They are going to install a 2007 EJ253 175HP VVT engine with electronic throttle. I am stoked.
Thank you. It's a nice engine, should be an easy sale.
I'm not in the market right now but should be in the fall if you still need to sell this after the Suby conversion.
If I don't sell the engine in the next couple of weeks. I am going to
install it into my Speedster so I can use it until the middle of July
when Carey at Special Edition is ready for me. I will list the engine
for sale then for little less because of the mileage I will have put on
it. So this may be a great deal for you.

No takers on the engine, I am going to install it in my Speedster in the next couple of weeks so I can use the car until July when the engine will come out and the Speedster goes to Special Edition to have a Subaru Conversion done. Having rear disc brakes installed at that time as well.
I will offer the engine for sale again then as slightly used at a lower price. The engine should really run great .
imho, sorted with 800 miles on it, the engine's probably worth a higher price. Again, wish I were in the market.
There's an engine here if you need.
I'll sing in harmony with everyone else. "Wish I needed it."
