Well I consumated a Deal with Dave West on his 1980 IM Speedster. I am attaching (hopefully) pictures of the car, when I get it, I will update the photos.
This car was originally built by Karl Konen, another SOC member and is exactly what I was looking for, an original looking replica with as much of the "Speedster look" as possible. I like the very basic look of this car, and since it was built almost 30 years ago, it is a classic in it's own right.
THANK YOU to the several members I corresponded with who sent me photos and information on their cars, please understand there were pros and cons to all of them, but actually any of them would have worked, this just seemed to be the 'best fit' for me. You guys have an incredible hobby and talent.

Congratulations again, I am glad this masterpiece is going to another SOC member and a person who's truly passion about this cars. You made a great choice, like I said in my previous emails, I've owned 3 Speedsters and seen many more and this one is exceptional. Wait till you drive it, you'll love it.
