I used one of those Gene Berg temperature sensitive dipsticks on Bridget. Works great, EXCEPT: I had to keep the original dipstick in the car in order to check the oil level. The Berg stick could not be made legible to my eyes.

I would check it for correct calibration before installing. I had mine in the boiling water to check (per the instructions) and the copper wire didn't appear to be where it was supposed to be (again, per the instructions). I took a pic of the sensor while testing and sent it to Greg to see what he thought.
He agreed, and is sending me a replacement and will pay the shipping on the defective one. He was very prompt with his replies to my emails, so he's backing up his product.
