Saw something today that was a new one for me. Just as we were driving by one of those drive thru car washes a pickup truck emerged with a motorcycle tied down upright in the bed. Wonder if they charged him extra for the wash. Creative, no doubt an accoutant!
Pretty cool!

Ralph,

You are correct about it being a dirt bike. I bet he had to hose the dirt out of the bed later. Yeah, this weather is deluxe, going to get some seat time tomorrow I think, too nice not to. The course we live on has been pretty busy the last couple of days, guess I can start looking for errant golf balls again. I have well over 1000 under my workbench in the garage! Needless to say I'll never have to buy another ball! But as bad as I play I need those 1000, I just recylce them, find 'em, lose 'em.

Jim,

Yes, we are on the way to Parts Obsolete from the south. If you come up for the campout, figure on bunking here with us. It is about 250 miles or so up to McMinnville and I take the back roads thru the woods part of the way!

Dale came up for it last year but he had some road problems in Northern CA. and we missed connections but we all got together at Emory's. Last year Myself, Rick Davis and Brenda, Dale and Michelle,
Scott and wife and a Speedsterless Brooks plus Henry made the scene. A good time was had by all. It is later this year, think it is the last weekend in June, weather probably warmer, that's good! Maybe we can get Eddie and a few more NorCal guys to make it a real happening this year. We'll talk it up at Knotts.

Jimbo,

My neighbor, (the club champion), has spoken for the black titlest's already. I trade him those for Nike and Calloway balls which I sell at our neighborhood garage sale. The Nike and Calloway seem to have a big fan club out here, maybe because Nike is an Oregon Company. The Pro V's are difficult to find because the better golfers play them and they aren't as errant as us mere mortals. You must be a pretty good par smasher too! Remember, count 'em all! LOL.
