Hey, it's fiberglass, has a big, honkin' engine hanging off the back, and will require the occassional influx of money to keep it running. Close enough in my book ;-)

Good point Lane, and besides it gets a lot of looks when your in it too! Mark, welcome to the madness again.. and if your up for it come on down to Irvine (I know it's a drive) Saturday for cars and coffee and meet some of these freaks! myself included.. then were headed back up into Carbon Canyon for a fun-run and finishing up at Adrians new home in Chino for dogs, burgers, tech stuff and Alot of FUN!

Hey Mark, what's the serial number of the chassis of your Speedster? I sold my 2000 VS to a lady in Malibu Beach back in 2003 and have since lost track of it. Mine was ivory with a tan interior as your is. Maybe????
