I regularly visit you guys up there - on the other side of the pond as you call it.

I just had a great three weeks at SEMA in Las Vegas and then onto Pomona with a race team to attend the NHRA racing. A fantastic trip and great new friends met along the way.

I will be traveling in early May in California with my son, so may catch up.

We will do a bit of a road trip along the start of Route 66.

.. you will see my first trip as documented a few years back in a GT40.

I am currently looking at cruise nights and Diner visits with my son. He is a '32Ford roadster

owner and wants to visit street rod events..

I may catch up with some of you guys. Lets know if anything is happening.

It's quite a way from California, but the Carlisle Import and Kit Nationals, the largest kit/replica event in the states, is in mid-May. I would expect around Speedsters and Spyders will attend, and it'd be great if you made an appearance. Check the Events page for details.

Here is a link to Cruising Grand in Escondido, Ca starts 4/5/2014 and runs every Friday to September. can't do a cruise without a speedster.
