Hi guys and girls, just joined your group, and a very good site it is to. So just thought I would introduce myself. Im building a Banham Kit, which is based a Skoda Rapide. I am about half way through the build, almost ready to drop on the body. Should be ready be next summer all going well.

I was looking around some of your Spyder companys and I must say they look very good indeed. Very imprest with the look of the Vintage Spyder version of the 550.

Just a little introduction to my self, if you have any questions quries about my kit, or how we do it in the UK drop us a line.

Just one question, in the states do you have to go through an SVA test before you can have it registerd, when you build from a kit? Or any equivelent test (Single Vehicle Approval)

Hi Rob and welcome. In California I didn't have to go through any testing per se. Licensing crap yes, but safety, etc, no.
