Cheesh, youse guys and your fancy schmancy stayfast tonneau covers.

Here's a reasonably priced alternative that would look great on any speedster. It works with the side curtains in place, and think what you could save on tenax fasteners alone. No risk of a cracked windshield installing this bad boy.

Available in a wide range of designer colors. Notice how well this proud owner matched his car's paint. Looks factory original in every way.

Lane, that's why I hang out here - the depth and quality of the expertise that's available. I'm amazed that you could determine the condition of the top just by seeing the paint on the hood (I think Buick Electra owners refer to it as the 'bonnet').

Troy, service life may be an issue, but, like many speedster owners, I think he's opted to sacrifice practicality for style.

I'm impressed by the period-correct bungee attachment system. Bungees have many often-overlooked applications on speedsters. Why fuss over the proper placement of leather hood straps when you can bungee and adjust attachment points as your mood changes?
