Like Wolfgage said, that's a fair price if its all in working order. I'm preparing a Vintage with what I think is the same color combination (black with camel) but with a 1915 engine, a Freeway Flyer transmission and bucket seats that I will be selling on eBay in a couple of weeks. Mine will sell for between $19,000 and $21,000.
Here's another tip. Bring a mirror with you and hold it behind the fan shroud to see if the engine size is written there. Vintage usually writes the engine size in white on the back of the fan shroud. It's not uncommon that when these cars are sold, the new owner (in this case a dealer) is unaware of the engine size and assumes it is a 1600 based on the badging. It could actually be a 1776 or a 1915.
Get it on the freeway and take it up to 65 or 70. If the RPMS are around 3500 it has a Freeway Flyer trans if the are around 4000 it's a 4:12. The Freeway Flyer is preferred and an option that you will pay a little more for.
