Newcomb's Ranch has re-opened, prepare for "Ludicrous Speed"!!!

Everyone get your "Ludicrous Speed" option tuned up!
They have opened the back road to Newcomb's Ranch on Hwy 2 also known as the Crest. In the San Gabriel Mtns high above Los Angeles.
Barkley and I just got back from a fantastic fun drive. The Mt Wilson observatory and museum were open and there is still plenty of snow at Mt Waterman.
This is a great drive in our cars. 40 miles of twisty roads with a 55 MPH speed limit!

Yes you need to make it!

I will be planning the route this Friday. I would like to have a little longer run than last January. If we had gone much further there was mucho gravel on the road at that time. I hate the sound of rocks hitting the inside of the fenders!

This road is a blast to drive!

Mt Wilson????
