The last couple of weeks in the Baton Rouge area have been chilly with rain. Yesterday and today the sun came out and it hit the mid- 70's. I hooked up the battery on the little fella and took off down River Road next to the Mississippi. The drive gave me a good feeling and made me think about the good times I had with the 1960 356 B I had when I was younger but to tell the truth I think I have more fun in this one.

Good for you in getting out there, Tom!!

Now just send some of those 70 degree days over a bit to the East into South Carolina! Been OK for top-up driving here lately, but we're still waiting for those blood-warming days to return....went to a "show N shine" last Sunday and Peter showed up in a Pea-Coat to keep warm!!

Yup, the cookie cutters are pretty sharp - and you should see the Ostrich Leather Peter has as interior door trim!! And early Corvette-style inside door openers, too!

I am always amazed at all the personal touches people come up with when building their cars. That's what makes going to things like Carlisle all that much more fun.....can you fly up to join us?

You know, JJ and myself were actually kicking that idea around. It would definitely be great meeting with you all and sharing a couple of brewskis....and of course drooling over all your cars (not literally, God forbid)....

J. I hope NJ's weather gets better; I tell you we've been blessed here this winter.....
