A little pricey, but nice.

That's a wow!
A coupe with the Emory magic touch- I agree, Phil. WOW! is right!
I wonder where he got the 'Special' script? Might be some of us who could use something such as that.
Does anyone know what those wheels are?
Yes, it is one beautiful creation.
Funny. He's got a Spyerclub badge on the car. Must own a spyder replica.
Yes, that is interesting, to have that badge on that car.
Here's some more interesting stuff on a COLD Friday morning. Interesting use of a Corvair cooling system approach.
Image Wheels (England) sells a wheel that looks very similar:

Not cheap, but not outrageous either.
Great looking Outlaw! I saw a very similar Emory car at a recent Cars & Coffee here in Irvine/CA, it was a solid car. For that kind of dough, I would like to have seen the Fuse Box somewhere under the dash though ....just sayin...
The wheels are 944 spare's...
The wheels are 944 spare's...
Spare's what?
The "special" might be from an old Buick...
In the spare tire well. When you have a flat, you put on the spare. The wheels are 944 spare wheels...
When you wrote "spare's" I was thinking that meant there was something else (possessive sense).
Anyway, no problem, and thanks for the lead. I did find some images of these wheels for 928 Porsches.
When I couldn't get English in High School I contemplated suicide so I just dropped out instead. My life has been a tragedy ever since then.
Not so tragic that you couldn't drive and enjoy a nice sports car.
Marty must have frozen, otherwise he would have posted his polished version of that wheel. Or he's ripped on lemonchello.
Just a little of my caustic sense of humor Bob. It's actually been a good life. I went back to night school and got my HS diploma than 35 yrs in the trucking industry and retired in 05 at 57. The only thing I ever splurged on was Porsche's. Driving down the road, sitting up high looking at these cute little cars and wondered what they were but knew I had to have one. Than a buddy of mine gave me an issue of Playboy that had a whole spread on Porsche's, that's when I found out what they were. I bought my first 356 in 73.
Just thawed out and sobered up from the limoncello. Those wheels on the Emory car are Porsche spares but not from a 944 turbo.
I have a pulse on Marty
What are they from, Marty?
911 Stan. Don't know what years.

My guess is 993 turbo

I showed this ad to my wife and she said, "Maybe you should wait until you get the IM back before buying anything for it".

Those Image 46s (round holes) in 16" would be the bees knees. Really, really cool.
