No more "pain at the gas pump.....

Just kidding. A few weeks ago I saw repro gas pumps on the internet. Thinking it might look neat in front of the garage, I showed it to my wife. She surprised me by agreeing. I suppose there may be some "honeydo" costs down the road........

EPA will probably be by to take soil samples next - in Jersey they could find anything in the sample! I'd hook it up to a water hose - just for fun of it!

Aaron, I have no intention of taking it down. It came unassembled, finished with "PPG automotive acrillic enamel". Before assembling, I clear coated all parts with one coat, then two more coats after assembling and installing.

My brother e-mailed me to say that if I connectd it to "the big tank in the ground", I'd be the most popular guy in town.

The Great Flying Red Horse should come down at least once a day...Why...you asked for it...Here goes, the red beast must be taken down in order relieve himself of both solid and liquid matter that was consumed during the day!!!! Well, I cleaned up the old Mobil Oil saying a wee bit. I believe that it originated in Dallas Texas. The Mobil Oil Company home office building has a neon "Flying Red Horse" on the top and rotates for all to see. A lot of visitors asked the same question after being told that the winged hoss had to be taken down once a day.

An Excellent Laugh getter and some red faces also! I just couldn't resistance asking the leading question.
