No power at headlight switch

Finishing up the wiring on my Spyder and I'm starting to lose my patience with the headlight switch. See the attached drawing of how I have it wired. What am I doing wrong? With the ignition off I have power going to the switch on the battery side. Switch on, I have power at both 30 terminals, so far, so good. I turn on the headlight switch - no power to the relay and no power at either 30 terminal on the switch. Am I missing a ground or do I have something messed up in the wiring. I've tried other basic Pepboy switches with the same results.
