Well my glass man, came back with my mods and man I must say that I'm impressed.

I can't get replica 356 gauges in this country for less than $500, even if I ship them in from the US. So I decided to use notch gauges, my friend made some killer brackets to mount these things and at the end of the day they're VDO gauges, not stuff from China.

The faces still have to be cleaned up and repainted black as well as doing the numbers in green as well as a serious bezel re-plate/ polish.

What do you think?

Spoke with the painter and he was smiling as he was going through the car. Week to a week and a half to spray it he said. Thanks to my mate doing majority of the hard graft already, the painter has very little work to do.
