I think you may have a colapsed stalk screen in the tank. I'd check it and replace it if the tank is over 5 years old. I had a beetle run me crazy for 2 weeks untill found that crusty critter. it would run fine untill you run it up to 60. thent the stalk would suck down and fold over closing off the fuel.
