That translates as "Is is not real"  The translation I proposed for Rich is "Nicht wirklich echt"  Which means " Not really real"  
 
Regarding the back, a very German slang expression (because it rhymes) is "Legal illegal, scheiss egal" which roughly translates to "legal, illegal, who gives a sh**)
 
I have a native German speaking wife to bounce these things off of :-)
