I love showing off my cars! So here are a couple of pictures. I am still working on making the engine in the 356 look like an original and I will post pictures when that happens.

Thanks to everyone that was at Paso Robles. You made it a great trip for Sharon and me. We had a ball! We leave in the morning for Carlisle and are really looking forward to meeting the "eastern members" of this group.

Drive fast, drive safe and have fun!

When we were talking about garages at the Paso Robles gathering I mentioned that I was remodeling mine and said I would send pictures when finished. Well, here they are. I put in new electric throughout, resheetrocked the whole thing, new lights, new cabinets, new paint and tiled the floor. I am awfully proud of it but Sharon is pointing out that it is nicer than the average family room and perhaps (she says) I should install a TV, 'fridge and rollaway. [That could be dangerous ... too easy to get banished to the "dog house" !]

Thanks for letting me "show off".
Hi Dusty & Sharon!

Dusty it looks like the craftsmanship from your leatherworks is carried over to your garage remodel (design & finished product). If I were your neighbor, you'd have a hard time keeping me out of your garage looking at all the cool cars.

Hey Jane!

I do believe that once you have accessorized your Speedy, you will definitely be the cat's "Meow"!

Greetings Kurt!

Nice rides (is that 911 a '67?)

Here's a few of pics from our photo file. My wife says it looks like she's hanging out on the beach with "Notorious B.I.G"!

P.S - Isn't it obvious that we like to stop in Pismo Beach whenever we're in the neighborhood?

Thanks, fellas! When I get back out to the garage in the morning, all I will be doing tomorrow is working on tin. Sartwell has this crazy idea that the entire car can be put in aluminum in one day. We have to make the floorboards out of the diamond plate first, put the five-point bolts in for the seatbelts, work out the door panels, make two firewalls and a footwell box all in the same eight to twelve hours. Then he wants to bead-roll the edges so it doesn't look unfinished. We may bring this bad mamma-jamma to PA with Kleekoes sticking out of it like an airplane in rehab.
I'll tell you right now that the first thing I'm going to want Saturday afternoon is a firgging icy Coca-Cola. Then I'll be scouting for a comfy chair and a hat to siesta under.

(Lane, I'll wake up long enough to honor my promise of push-propelling you and making the obligatory BRRRRRMMMMM noises.)
David,
I hardly recognized your car! I guess I only got to see it from the back ... in the rain! Let it get dirty before you come to Moro Bay, I hate to have you show me up ... again! :-)

Lane,
Yours still looks like it just came off the jack stands! I like the addition of the fog lights, too. We are looking forward to that dinner with you in PA.

Happy Trails,
Dusty and the "zoftic" Miss Sharon (?)
