As promised, here is the order page and pricing for this year's 2016 Carlisle Commemorative shirt. This year I have included an order sheet to try to keep the order process a little simpler. I kindly request you to make a copy and fill it out so everything looks uniform on my end. Unfortunately the form is simply a .jpg file so to e-mail it back you may need to print, fill it out, rescan or photo it to e-mail back to me. Maybe next year I can finally learn how to make it easier still. Sorry.

This year I designed it for a black shirt that so many have asked for. To keep it simple this year, ONLY BLACK SHIRTS ARE BEING OFFERED.

Ordering tip: Take a screen shot of the order form, print it off, carefully fill it out, then take a smart phone picture of that and e-mail it bCk to me. Really not too hard.

Just ordered and paid through PayPal.

I saved the order form on my desktop as a .jpeg file. Then I opened it and saved it as a .pdf file. Finally you can open the .pdf with adobe reader, and then add text. After done, simply save and attach the edited .pdf file to an email. No screenshots, no fuss.

FYI, I should be able to get the mail order shirts to the PO today or tomorrow, so I would imagine most people getting them by the end of the wek of 5/2/16. If anyone is still interested, I have a limited supply of extras. Message me and I can confirm if I have the type and size you're interested in. What I have extras of will be with me at Carlisle, but here's a chance to lock in now.
