Got up early Sunday morning to get in a brief surf session, but when I got to the beach I got lazy, blew off getting in the water, and instead went for a cruise along the coast...

I agree, I am just envious. I was stationed in San Diego when I was in the Navy and so I got a taste of CA lifestyle.
Looking good MusbJim.

Looking good El Guapo!

I've been driving my car all week. The new motor and trans are simply amazing. Really a huge improvement! Yesterday I ran down town for lunch. I'll never get tired of looking at a Speedster.  I also found out that there is now a second speedster in Morgan Hill! I've seen the car one other time and thought the owner was from Manteca. Turns out the new owner of the car is named "Dave" and he purchased the car from the previous owner who lived in Manteca. I'm hoping Dave joins us here on the site.

Happy New Year everyone!

Ted

Great video Jim!. Lived in Huntington Beach back in the '60's, surfed up and down the coast and even into the Baja, the video brought back some memories! I took up surfing again in '92-94 when we were sailing down in Mexico/Costa Rica, we found some great breaks on our sailing adventure. Haven't done much of it since...WA water is way to cold and I'm not much of a 'diehard' and the biggest waves in CO where we live now are about 6'' high...LOL
