For bike chains I swear by Brad Penn 20-50 "Green Oil," but I always hated disassembling chains and deraillers etc. so to save time I came up with this amazing life hack: just fill up a kid's swimming pool with it and tip the whole bike into that. Remember: CHAIN SIDE DOWN!

Once it's submerged, just reach in and kind of pedal it by hand to coat all the moving parts. Pluck it out and hit the trail!
