Anyone know how close I can mount my front oil cooler to the fiberglass body without causing heat related damage? I plan on mounting my cooler horizontally right behind the body.
I'll try and do a mock setup today and take a photo.
Good to know, Terry. Here's a photo of where the oil cooler will be mounted. I will have brackets in the front, so the cooler will end up around 1/4 to 1/2" from the body.
I'll also fabricate a scoop, so air is forced into the cooler fins.
