Anyone know of some sort of plug or something they have used to plug the hole where the oil neck breather hose is. I added a breather box and that hose now runs up to the breather box and no longer out the bottom of the car so now that hole is open and probably letting in heat and crap. Anyone?

Electrical suppliers.... Called "push pennies" or pannel plugs.... Same as Stans reccomendation....
Ace Hardware or Lowe's/Depot, hardware isle, in those banks and banks of drawers.....somewhere there will be a drawer of "Hole Plugs", either in metal or plastic or both. Measure the opening and get one to fit.
Better than mail order (where the shipping is way more than the part).
You're likely going to find that teh hole is the wrong size. Don't fret. Enlarge it with a step-bit till you get to a size there is a readily available plug for.
FWIW, the link was for reference. You'll learn to love ACE Hardware. Avoid Lowes and Home Depot-- just go to ACE.
I go first to the auto stores when I need things but always seem to find everything at Ace! The auto stores don't carry odd stuff!
I used 2 old German Pfennigs (pennies) - drilled with a SS bolt thru them -- cheaper than getting a plug.
The problem with that is those Phennings are now rare and collectable coins and are worth about $3,000 each (with out holes)
I would update the oil fill and lose the pipe all together. only catch you either plug the engine apron hole or replace it and the tin behind the pulley with 72 thru 74 tinware / apron the newer oil fill has a vent that come out the top and went to the breather . With twin carbs you hook it to a air box/ AKA crankcase ventilation system.
