What temp sensor do I need ? I've tried searching this site and others to no avail ...
I have the CMC Vintage Reproduction gauges (not VDO) with the oil temp sending unit on the bottom of the engine in the oil pressure relief valve. Gauge reads up to 320 degrees.

The one that came with a set of CMC Vintage gauges has no part number other than on the inner hex end, there is a 86 D then a 42. US PAT 4079357

If I recall the gauges were made by Johnson Controls. Think they are still around.
