Finally took the Speedster out for a little PCH cruise yesterday. Ran into one of my dream cars I would love to see in my garage: 2018 Porsche GT3 in Stone Grey. We were taking photos of each other’s ride Really nice guy to chat with too

I think my answer would have to be "Yes."
I'm an old soul at heart. I was waiting in a drive through line at Chik-Fil-A one day. Someone walked by and said "anyone can go in a dealership and buy a new Porsche". Guess that's anyone who has around $100k to spend.
This scene always pops in to my head:

That said, I like your windshield wipers. @*LongFella, what are they? They look great. I just sprayed mine last week, the black wipers bothered me a lot. Even though they look better in the VHT Ford Argent Silver paint, they are still a bit clunky.

Great movie! That is where I got my Speedsters name - Eleanor. That mustang was his Eleanor - the Speedster is mine
The wipers I got from @TRP - I believe he got them from Sierra Madre Collection? Tagged him so he can chime in too.
@*LongFella Thank You!
I grew up in/with a 1967 Shelby GT350 (s/n 1390). Learned how to drive a manual on it. Quite familiar with "Eleanor", although my we never quite liked the modifications the movie did to that car. The license plate letter/number combination on that car is what I put on my Speedster. Guess our family has an affinity for green cars.

I was wondering if the VHT Ford Argent Silver paint... matches the P colour for rims as well?

Not sure if the VHT Ford Argent is a match, but I only researched the color of the fan shroud. Closest I found was a rattle can by Ace Hardware - Light Grey. I checked the garage and didn’t have a can, but my Speedster build thread has a pic...
I used the hammertone silver on my blades. I have no idea if it's "correct" or not, but it looks great.
I wouldn't bother taking pictures of the GT3....but I would of your Speedster
Just for kicks, Kim and I rented a brand-spankin' new 991.2 Turbo and a 991.2 GT3 for a few days during this year's Christmas vacation. She drove hers like a Camry and I... did not.
In fact, currently sitting on my GoPro is a short video of my four-year-old son strapped into a child safety seat in the back of the Turbo yelling, "GO FASTER, DADDY!" And then shrieking with delight as I obliged. We repeated that play over and over on the highways around Miami, and had great fun, right up until he puked all over himself just as we returned to our hotel. :-/
Anyway, both the 991.2 Turbo and GT3 are incredible vehicles. Don't even get me started on launch control! Wowzah!! That said, they felt enormous, heavy, and very insulated compared to our little go-karts. As incredibly engineered and refined as the 911s have become, something feels missing when compared to the spartan, pure, single-purpose nature of our Speedsters. If I were barred from resale, I'm not sure I'd trade up. That said, were it an "AND" proposition instead of an "OR" proposition, I might feel differently...

You guys may already be aware of this, the Porsche Experience located in Torrance just alongside the 405 Fwy. I think there is one located in Atlanta, GA as well.

I have several friends that have done this (Cuz'n Vinny included) and afterwards the stoke lasted for days!
One of these days....

Yup! The ones Brian has are my old ones that I purchased from Sierra Madre.
I wasn't super pleased with the set screw to hold the wiper onto the arm after one of them flew off on the freeway.
I went back and picked up these:
The Arms
The Blades (Sierra Madre is back-ordered on these.)
